After 6 years the Common
Grounds Coffee
House is taking a much needed rest and is evaluating the future of the
series. We have talked about partnering with outside groups
to bring in bigger shows in the sanctuary and this may speed that process
along as it is addictive. We know that many of you will be
disappointed, but please understand that we are extremely appreciative of the
folks from the community that came and even brought baked goods. You
make the decision that much more difficult.
There is a similar series that started one year before ours and we highly recommend checking out their website and getting on the mailing list. The Railway Cafe also offers baked goods and beverages and would love to see new faces in the crowd. Their shows are in North Adams but it is well worth the drive. Many of the performers who played at the Common Grounds play at the Railway Cafe. Try them out.. Railwaycafe.org
